1. ZoneHome - John Weaver has done a great job in pulling a HUGE amount of data into an easily accessible format
2. FormulaZone - AMAZING zone recipe site I found - I highly recommend them as a cost-effective resource for recipes, meal planning, and zone shopping lists (I am a member myself)
3. DrSears.com - Dr. Sears' Official Site, worth checking about once a week for new topics and announcements
4. Netrition - Although this is a commercial site, they have some very interesting tips and articles spread throughout
5. Balance Bar - Makers of the Balance Bar, this site has some great tips, articles and recipes - recently revamped!
6. Weight Loss List - Decent site that aggregates info about many of the diets that are out there
7. Body Fat Estimator - Based on gender, height, weight, waist size, etc.
8. Nutribase - An interactive database with nutrient values for about 20,000 different foods and fast food items
9. Karen's Kitchen - The Menu of the Month is something I wait for each month - also some Zone goodies for sale
10. Trader Joe's - They are a specialty grocery store that carries all kinds of great ingredients for zoneful eating - I shop there regularly
