My Zone recipes vary widely. Some are from scratch, others take only a few minutes to prepare. I will add more recipes as I get a chance. Beware - some of the recipes are Zoneful only in their P/C/F ratios, as I have included the use of some high glycemic carbs. It's a tradeoff, but it works for me. Enjoy:

• Turkey Chili - Sun-dried tomatoes and cloves give it a smoky taste
• Puttanesca - A spicy Italian dish with hot pepper and capers
• 10 Minute Jambalaya - So easy you barely have to do anything

Another alternative is this AMAZING zone recipe site I found called FormulaZone. I highly recommend them as a cost-effective resource for recipes, meal planning, and zone shopping lists. I am a member myself.
