| Progresso hearty tomato soup | 1 can |  
| cooked chicken | 4 oz, cubed |  
| cooked shrimp | 6 oz, bite size |  
| cooked brown rice | 3/4 c |  
| garlic | 1 T |  
| olive oil | 1 T |  
| hot sauce | to taste |  
| thyme | 1/2 t |  
| cumin | 1/2 t |  
| cayenne | 1/2 t |  
| ground clove | pinch |

- Prepare rice, chicken and shrimp...for a quick meal I use Success Rice, Perdue Short Cuts and Cocktail Shrimp
 - In bottom of soup pan, saute garlic in olive oil until slightly brown
 - Add tomato soup, hot sauce and spices
 - Heat through
 - Add rice, chicken and shrimp
 - Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently and adjusting spices to your taste
  
Makes 2 servings.  Each serving is 4 blocks each of protein, fat and carbohydrate.
